As an author, speaker, coach, and consultant, he’s helped hundreds of financial advisors transform their practices by aligning their sales processes, referral systems, and client relationships with a fiduciary mindset.
His work centers on a core belief: the advisors who genuinely put clients first should be the ones who grow the fastest. Through frameworks like the Fiduciary Sales Model and CPR Referral Systems, Mike gives advisors the practical tools to make that belief a reality.
Mike is also the author of “Can I Borrow Your Car?”, a book that uses a simple metaphor to explore the deep trust that defines great advisor-client relationships. His latest venture, Fiduciary Growth Partners (with Peter Skelton), is dedicated to helping fiduciary advisors scale without compromising their values.
